I am Mosimiloluwa, your coach for this course and an Executive Director at Solvve Ltd. I previously worked across the Consumer & Wealth Management, Global Markets, and Operations Divisions of Goldman Sachs, UK and I also have had experience working across several industries across diverse roles and functions. I have managed large, medium & small-sized teams across these roles and it's always a joy to nurture and lead high performing teams. I studied Computer Science with Economics at one of Nigeria's leading institutions, Obafemi Awolowo University and badged the Coaching Skills Certificate with the Academy of Executive Coaching, UK. I have also earned certifications from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and I am currently pursuing another one at Harvard Kennedy School of Government. I serve as a personal transformation, financial, and career coach and I am driven by a profound passion for catalyzing positive change in individuals, organizations and nations alike.
This is not just my journey in these classes, it is the journey of other people coupled with years of research, days and nights of asking questions and discussions with employers and Human Resource managers about what makes an employee stand out indeed!
